Graciously situated on three acres of grounds in Boston's scenic Emerald Necklace and just minutes from Boston's teaching hospitals, the non-profit offers a continuum of care and programs for older adults which includes fitness programs, pastoral care and music therapy.

Rogerson House History

1956 – The Home for Aged Men moves to the Jamaicaway site from the South End and changes its name to Rogerson House in tribute to the organization's eighth president.

1988 – Due to changing patterns in caring for the elderly, the board closes the facility.

1995 – Rogerson House changes its name to Rogerson Communities.

1997 – Former Rogerson House facility reopens as Boston Alzheimer’s Center. 

2003 – The facility returnes to its original name, Rogerson House

2007 – Rogerson House celebrates its 10th anniversary of enhancing the lives of people with Alzheimer’s and memory loss.
