Rogerson Communities was named a Job Training Alliance Employer of the Year for our work with the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay. Winsome Francis, Resident Care Assistant at Rogerson House was also honored with a “Successful Program graduate” award during the ceremonies at the 16th annual Jay H. Ostrower Employer Appreciation Breakfast February 16.

The Job Training Alliance is a network of Boston training, education and community-based organizations comprised of workforce development professionals dedicated to delivering quality work and life management skills training, education and job placement services to individuals seeking to develop careers and successfully transition into the workforce. Their mission is to partner with public and private state and federal entities responsible for crafting and funding new job training and workforce development initiatives and to advocate, educate and exchange the best practices in order to assure their constituents needs.
